A. NEW/FRESHMEN STUDENTS
1. Students shall be accepted regardless of age, sex, nationality, religious beliefs, socio-economic status or political affiliations.
2. Students must meet all the prescribed admission requirements of the College.
3. Students must qualify in the MC College Admission Test (MC CAT)
4. Students must have complete and valid credentials such as:
a. F-138 or 4th year High School Report Card
b. Photocopy of birth certificate
c. Original copy of certification of good moral character
d. 3 copies of 2 x 2 picture
e. Certification of honors received/obtained if valedictorian or salutatorian, and the number of graduates, signed by the principal of the high school where s/he graduated (original and photocopy)
B. TRANSFEREES
1. Applicants must meet all the prescribed admission requirements of the College
2. Must have complete and valid credentials
a. Photocopy of birth certificate
b. 3 copies of 2 x 2 picture
c. Original copy of certification of good moral character
d. Certificate of honorable dismissal
e. Copy of grades signed by the Registrar (Transcript of Records for college)
3. Must pass an interview conducted by the department head
4. Transferees are conditionally enrolled for one semester
C. CROSS – ENROLEES
1. Students of other institution may cross – enroll in Mabini Colleges for subject (s) needed for his/her graduation
2. A cross – enrollee must present a cross –registration permit from the registrar of his mother institution specifying the total number of units and the subjects to be enrolled
3. Admission is subject to the availability of the subject being cross – enrolled and within the registration period.
4. A graduating student of Mabini Colleges may be allowed to cross enroll of not more than 6 units in another HEI.
D. STUDENT SHIFTERS
1. The student must meet the admission requirements of the course/program where he intends to transfer.
